Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated or expensive - we have a tendency to make it both of those things. The truth and the science show that you can eat healthy on a budget and you can make healthy choices without following a complicated, overly restrictive diet.

Let’s take the guesswork out of "what do I eat" with ready-made meal plans, nutrition coaching, and nutrition clinics. This alleviates decision fatigue, confusion around what a healthy, well balanced meal looks like.

How It Works

Starting with a consultation, we take a client centered approach, reviewing your current nutrition status and provide nutrition analysis of eating habits, strengths and weaknesses. From there, we will assess your goals and create a plan to meet those goals. 

After the initial consultation and mapping out your individualized coaching program, we will meet for our coaching sessions. This may be on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly basis. During coaching sessions, we may review nutritional intake, what is working, what is not working, and work towards the next goal while providing motivation and accountability. 

Coaching packages can be purchased on a month to month basis or a 3 month or 6 month package. Most people benefit from at least 3 months of coaching and see the best results within 6+ months.

How It Works

For those who are tired of figuring out what's for dinner, these subscriptions are for you! Each Thursday, a new meal plan will hit your email inbox. Meal plans come with recipes, grocery lists and nutrition facts.

nutrition clinics

How It Works

Nutritional Clinics are 1-3 hour clinics based on the desired outcomes of the participants. Clinics can be tailored to your interests and may include:

Education on food and nutrition and how it relates to your health and fitness.

How to prepare healthy foods.

Grocery store tour - how to grocery shop and not get home and say "I still have nothing to eat".

Supplements - facts, safety, uses, how to choose a good supplement and if you really need them.

Clinics may be done virtually or in person within 2 hours of Aberdeen, North Carolina.
